By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
2. Services
Umami provides fresh meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, and related products delivered to your doorstep.
All orders are subject to availability, serviceable areas, and delivery schedules.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain products or services without prior notice.
3. User Account
To place orders, you may be required to create an account with accurate personal details.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Umami reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed via the App, subject to confirmation by Umami.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made through online payment methods integrated in the App.
Once placed, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled after processing.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided. Umami will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
6. Product Quality and Returns
We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Products are freshly packed before delivery.
Since meat, seafood, and perishable items are non-returnable, returns are accepted only in case of:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery
Issues must be reported to customer support within 2 hours of delivery, with photos as proof.
7. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Umami reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after verification.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the App.
Engage in abusive behavior towards delivery staff or customer support.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the App belong to Umami Flavours Private Limited.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Umami shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our liability for any valid claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the disputed order.
11. Privacy Policy
